The document lists every idea grouped by category, with its subject, capture date & time, and full transcript. Open it in Word, Google Docs, or Pages — or share/print it from your phone.
Setting an alarm downloads a calendar reminder — open it once and your phone's calendar will ring/notify you at that time, even when this app is closed. If the app is open, it pings you directly as well.
